The Chapel Road STARBUCKS store is located in the heart of Bandra Mumbai, with the brief for the mural art leaning towards the STARBUCKS heritage story. The artwork focused on the very first store outlet established in Seattle in the year 1971. Paying tribute to the origin. The Chapel Road artwork displays the picturesque Seattle with beautiful mountains, skyline & turquoise blue waters, with 1971 written in big & bold emphasising the year it all began.
The Artwork even displays the architectural structure of the first STARBUCKS store that till today looks the way it was constructed back in the early 70’s.
Moving through the artwork one can spot the Siren tails peeping from the turquoise waters, & the storytelling of the entire coffee process from bean to cup, with glimpses of the iconic STARBUCKS cup.
The artwork is vivid, vibrant and colourful which adds a lot of pop to the interior space, stretching across the 26 feet wall, it starts out heavy and becomes less intense.
